近日，基於自研多模態大模型，旨在打造 AI 應用的「超級感官」與「真大腦」的創業公司——珠海無界方舟智能技術有限公司（「無界方舟」）宣佈連續完成 Pre-A&Pre-A+輪億元級別融資，Pre-A 輪由螞蟻早期生態基金（BAce Capital）、小飯桌創投聯合領投，英諾天使基金、珠海科技集團、吳中金控跟投。Pre-A+輪由柏睿資本獨家投資。世輝律師事務所代表無界方舟全程參與本項目多輪融資之交易文件的起草、審閱及修改、項目談判、項目交割等相關事宜

Recently,Zhuhai AutoArk Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as“AutoArk”),a startup based on its self-developed multimodal large model and aiming to create the“super senses”and“real brain”for AI applications,announced the completion of consecutive Pre-A and Pre-A+rounds of financing at the hundred-million-yuan level.The Pre-A round was co-led by BAce Capital and Xiao Fan Zhuo Venture Capital,with follow-on investments from Inno Angel Fund,Zhuhai Technology Group,and Wu Zhong Financial Control.The Pre-A+round was exclusively invested by Berui Capital.Shihui Law Firm represented AutoArk in the drafting,reviewing,and amending of transaction documents,as well as in project negotiations and closings related to the multiple rounds of financing in this project.

After the completion of this round of financing,AutoArk will continue to advance the research and development,as well as the upgrade of multimodal models and Agent technologies,the application implementation in key scenarios,the integration of software and hardware along the upstream and downstream of the industry chain,and market expansion.Specifically,AutoArk plans to enhance the performance of the EVA model by 30%within the next year,further optimizing its performance in natural language processing and image recognition.Meanwhile,the company will conduct in-depth applications in key areas such as intelligent driving,smart home,and smart healthcare,and collaborate with upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain to achieve seamless integration of software and hardware.In addition,AutoArk will intensify its market expansion efforts,aiming to increase its market share to 20%within the next two years and expand into the international market.
